Second Bedroom
The Second Bedroom one has two King Singles which can easily be converted to a SUPER king bed to accommodate two couples staying together.
Single Room
With a King Single, this room features a high quality mattress, and comfortable bedding & a fluffy rug.
Kitchen / Dining
A fully equipped kitchen, with everything you would need for your stay. The dining table adds to the charm, as it was the original from the Apsley Hall.
Lounge
A cozy lounge with comfortable quality couches to sit back & relax. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD player and a selection of DVD’s.
Sitting Room
An extra room to lounge around, read a book, play board games, or just chill out.
Bathroom
With a large shower, basin, toilet and plenty of room.

A large glass screened shower, basin. The large Hot water system is an ‘off –peak’ system and replenishes overnight.
Toilet
As the cottage is on a septic system, we ask that only toilet paper is flushed. A bin is provided for sanitary disposal.
For the Little ones
Porta-cot, High Chair, Change Table, Bumbo infant seat & Baby Bath provided.

Ample Parking and shady trees for the hot summer days.
Rates - Direct Bookings
$175 per night for 2 people
Extra $50 per person, per night
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is 2pm. Check-out time is strictly by 10:00am (or later by prior arrangement). A late checkout fee will apply if guests do not depart by the designated time.
When checking out, if the housekeeper is not around, please leave the key in the lock box.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations affect us greatly. In the unfortunate event that you must change or cancel any part of your booking, notice of 14 days or greater is required to refund the advanced deposit. Cancellation less than twenty-four hours of the stated arrival time will incur a penalty fee, unless we are able to re-book your reservation.
House Rules
We respect your right to smoke and trust that you will respect our strict policy of no smoking inside the cottage. We ask that you do not discard your cigarette butts in the garden due to the fire danger it creates, as well as for aesthetic reasons.
Pets
Although we are animal lovers ourselves, we understand that many of our guests have pet allergies. For their sake no pets are allowed in the B&B cottage. We would be happy to recommend a boarding facility nearby for your 4-legged friends:)
